Soleil Group-managed properties have been combined in an insurance program to allow each hotel to take advantage of a group general liability plan, which includes a minimum of Five Million Dollar Umbrella on each property, while still receiving their own individual policy. This association offers better coverage at a lower cost.

Upon take-over, the hotel's existing hotel coverage is completely analyzed. Recommendations are then made to the owner concerning current coverage, improvements if necessary, and possible cost reductions. Currently, every Soleil Group-managed property has opted to join this program.
