As Principal and Founder of Soleil Group, Mr. Dicky S. Walia is able to identify opportunities, assess risk, structure transactions and provide the strategic leadership that has been key to Soleil Group's success. Mr. Walia's proven track record and extensive investment network contribute significantly to the company's continued growth.

Prior to founding Soleil Group, Mr. Walia was President and CEO of Welcome Holdings, a fully integrated Real Estate company. Welcome Holdings, developed, owned and managed full-service hotels, multi-family housing, and class "A" office buildings.

Mr. Walia received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Mr. Walia is licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
