Melanie Waters received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University. In addition, she has a minor in Business Administration and Music. Mrs. Waters is responsible for all human resources for the Company. She has attended various courses and seminars offered by the Bass Hotels and Resorts and Choice Hotels International franchises.
