As Principal and Founder of Soleil Group, Mr. Sanjay Mundra shares the lead in business development efforts including acquisition and finance. His commitment to driving profit and market share are complimented by his ability to successfully lead and manage Soleil Group's construction projects. Mr. Mundra's leadership, insight in operations and business planning contribute significantly to the company's value.

With an extensive background in real estate underwriting, hospitality and executive management, Mr. Mundra has the expertise and experience in identifying and capitalizing on real estate investments. Prior to co-founding Soleil Group, Mr. Mundra was the president and CEO of First American Hotels, a holding company that managed full-service and limited-service hotels in both North and South Carolina.

Mr. Mundra received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay and an M.B.A. from Campbell University.
