Internships are available for university students whose area of study is Hospitality Management. Both Rooms Division and Food and Beverage Division concentration internships are offered. Students are trained in several different positions within each concentration from the entry level and upward. In addition, students will be assigned an on-property management mentor to assist them in their learning experience. Students will shadow the Manager on Duty once a week and attend the Executive Committee meetings. Once a month, students will participate in training classes discussing various management related topics with the other company interns.
